When will the pulse show a Sellers Market?

Hey Fred, thanks for joining! So I think we still have 1-2 quarters that will represent the 2nd half of 2020 covid trades to funnel through the pipeline ahead, and then after that the deals that we are seeing signed in the last month or two should start to show in Q3 and Q4 reports, prob the latter as it always take a bit longer to play out than I think it will
