I have two:
1. Rental at my old building, had a tenant who was trying to get back at the owner for unknown reasons. We had to show the property and told it was empty. Instead the person I was showing to screamed as she found the tenant naked, sleeping in bed and toilets filled with sh*t.
2. Townhouse sale in upper manhattan, found a sex toy front n center when walking in for walk through

There's a Coop somewhere in NYC that I was the "winning" bidder at an auction a year and a half ago for over $160k, but the seller rejected the bid. It's been on Realtor.com for over 600 days and the latest update has it asking $120k.
