I have seen several predictions that the market is so strong that there will be no lull over the Summer. I'm not sure I agree with this. We have already seen a huge drop in New Dev contract signings over the last 3 weeks. It's too early to tell if last week's drop in the resale market was just a result of the Memorial Day holiday. I think it's the beginning of a trend for the Summer - what say you guys?
