Seeing a bunch of active listings at 1 Manhattan Square that are showing up as in contract on SE.... Anyone else see any bulk set listings where RLS has one thing and SE has another?

For 1 Manhattan Square are we sure there isn't an issue with their "rent-to-own" listings being counted as "in contract"?

In the case of 1 Manhattan Sq, it's more likely the case that Extell is not updating RLS in a timely fashion. In fact, for many of the rent-to-own listings on their site (what a great idea btw), there doesn't appear to be an RLS record. One of the many new dev problems....

I would not bet against Extell. For all I know they could be getting another loan at even lower rates....

Extell is probably carrying more vacant condo inventory without income than anyone else right now. They have also sold off multiple projects they originally intended to develop themselves. And they recently switched from inside marketing to an outside broker on a major project.

Exactly - constantly in motion and not waiting for the market to come to them. Except for maybe the vacant inventory
