Do you have 1099-miscs from the employers? If you have one or two big employers I'd use that.
Otherwise, a letter from your accountant/CPA plus tax returns.

Your federal tax return is solid proof of what you have made over the period of a year. It is a legal document that is officially recognized that shows your total income and expenses for that year.

You can also give bank statements that should show all your incoming payments from clients or sales.
