197 deals signed over the new year holiday. Thats abby normal and impressive. How long does this market keep up at this pace?

Good question - I think a good deal of the CS here are due to the previous months' build up of supply. With that drawing down, we may see a plateau in deal activity until the next inventory infusion. But with prices remaining attractive and money cheap, the snowball may keep growing.

agree - if we keep this pace up in Jan, ill be suprised. But you never know
