How are things looking as far as median listing discount? Last week you mentioned I believe 6.8%, being in line with where we were pre-pandemic. Has that shifted either way at all that you are seeing?

The figure for Jan 2021 is hovering at 8.1%. With more sales to come in, that's likely to change but the trend appears to be increasing.
