Closing dates pushed out...

[Upstairs Realty]

An agent in an online real estate group I'm in noted that, although her buyer clients just got board approval, the managing agent has noted that they won't be able to close for a least a month. Anybody else want to share info on the timing of closings?

Im hearing this too. Ari just talked about the logistical delays going on in regards to what you describe. I think everything just goes much slower for a while and takes longer to close I guess. -
