Buyers need to have all eyes on the markets as leverage slowly grinds their way. Manhattan & BK markets are not shifting as violently as other outside markets. Forces helping to put a floor to our down cycle include declining supply, a strong/tight but stabilizing rental market, and price action that did not see unsustainable parabolic rises.

Buyers should prepare to act in times when deal vol falls and sellers find it harder to get 'a bid'. Typically buyers tend to shy away, get less aggressive, as a feeling of catching a falling knife and timing the downturn perfectly come to mind. Buyers should fight those thoughts, as nobody can time this market perfectly.

Macro forces have changed. Fed has had regime change. This is an inflationary bear market, and is likely to be a grind for the near to medium term with more historical/seasonal patterns
