Many years ago I tried to do some deals in this Coop but they fell through due to Certificate of Occupancy issues. Recently I'm getting dodgy answers to the question "Does the unit have a fully residential C of O?" like:
"This self-managed, boutique coop is a mix of residential and small commercial tenants."

As far as I can tell the building has been running on a series of TCO, the lastest which expired on 3/9/2021. Does anyone have the straight dope on this building?

This is far from new construction (built over 100 years ago, Coop over 30 years) yet going on TCO renewals lately. The latest I got was "Can still finance in bldg with the TCO FYI so really not an issue."

Just started my own diligence on this building. Would love to compare notes! I'm trying to understand what rights a residential tenant might have here given the sponsor owns all 17 of the commercial units and there are 8 residential units.
