    I read that article and I was not convinced. I agree with you. To equate dropping vacancy rate with inbound migration is what I see as a false equivalence fallacy. We're nowhere near out of the woods yet and I'm going to need a lot more data than a drop in vacancy rate to convince me otherwise...
