The School House features a 24 hour front desk with package acceptance and cold storage for Amazon Pantry, FreshDirect, Blue Apron etc. In-house card operated laundry means you never really have to leave your apartment, and the fitness center means you have to come up with some even better excuses to not take the elevator downstairs to get a run in, and when you?re ready you can take a jump in the swimming pool. You read that right, swimming pool. How nice! Measuring nearly Olympic size, you can perfect your breast stroke, and still make it to your apartment to binge watch House of Cards.

If ever you crave outdoor space, The School House features two private courtyard areas.

The School House is pet friendly woof woof. Pets are by approval, 2 cats or 1 dog (breed and weight restrictions apply) with a $500 deposit per pet. There is no brokerage fee, only a $75 application fee.
