When absolutely enervated by the hustle and bustle that is your beloved NYC, isn't it lovely to tuck yourself away in this oh-so-quiet and sunny sanctuary? The kitchen is enormous; much bigger than you really need to prepare that afternoon hot chocolate, but for that dinner party later, divine! Oh so many novels have been read and written here, and salons held, and heady conversations deep into the night. The Superintendent lives in the building and will collect your packages for you. There is a laundry room downstairs and storage, too, in case you find yourself with just a few too many things.
