Mission
UrbanDigs.com is an inside take on the NYC Real Estate market from a few agents at Citi-Habitats. The goal
will always be to provide tips, commentary, and criticisms about the housing market that affects New York City.
I am also testing out a LIVE REAL ESTATE CHAT session every MON - FRI from 10AM to 12PM; you guys seem to like it! If you intend to
ask me a question I hope that you will do it at a time when you have a few moments to talk. If I'm willing to spend time helping you,
then you should at least have the time to talk to me. Also, please understand that I am only 1 person (so if I dont
answer your chat immediately I am probably talking to a few other people)
and that I am NOT God (I do not know
everything about everything. So don' t go crying if I cannot answer your question right away)
! Moving on to the site, I'm
always interested to hear how I can enhance the content. If there is something that you would like to see on
UrbanDigs please tell us about it by Submitting A Tip.

Noah Rosenblatt
I am a licensed residential real estate agent with Citi-Habitats, Inc., in New York City with over 6 years of experience
following the New York City housing market.
Since moving to New York City back in 1999, I immediately fell in love with the opportunies that are around every corner, the food that
I keep discovering, the parks that are always changing, the people that are always moving, and the buildings that are pushing the limits. It was these feelings that lead me to a career
in residential real estate sales, where my experiences and knowledge of this city allow me to help others with one of the most important decisions they'll ever have to make.
By keeping up to date with the latest apartment listings as well as the current events surrounding the overall national economy, I can keep close tabs on the underlying
fundamentals that are powering the NYC housing markets. I am now focused solely on assisting sellers receive maximum marketing exposure to find the most qualified and highest
purchaser possible, while promising a stress-free and smooth real estate transaction. For buyers, I am focused on buyer-side consulting in order to find the best value possible
while keeping in mind the most important apartment characteristics necessary to meet my clients specific personal needs.
The idea of UrbanDigs hit me about a year and a half ago where it went on to camp out in my mind for a good year. I only did something about it 6 months
ago and the end result is this site. I would say the mission of this site is an ongoing one with a few lofty goals that I set for myself. If I succeed
you will have a very useful real estate resource here for New York City. For now, I consider the site as laying the foundation for the building. UrbanDigs
is my personal weblog on providing tips to profiting from New York City real estate. Topics I will write on will include Buyer Tips, Tax Benefits, Seller Tips,
Renovations That Pay, Buildings I Like, Current Events, New Developments, etc.. As with any public journal that involves investment advice, please use the content
of this site at your own risk and always contact your accountant, family, friends, and attorney if necessary before making any investments.
