Oh man! This is so great! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Finally - we can see some real trends (inventory and price cuts are going up, etc.).

This chart is amazing and very detailed oriented! Good to see a nice stable chart displaying up to date trends on this site. This will help a lot.

Well done! A widget would be a great idea. I'm sure there's quite an audience for an Apple Dashboard or iGoogle version of this.

Bravo Noah!!! Nice job! Now if you could break this down to a micro level showing inventory changes by apartment size, price range, and location, as well as cross-referencing each data set (i.e. 2BR's on UES, 3BR's on UWS, etc) that would be invaluable. Great start!

Great development. Echo Douglas Heddings comments. ALso would like to suggest the ability to develop plots of ratios = contracts signed/inventory or contracts signed/new listings
