New & Notable: Some Inventory Relief
A: Sorry for the time lapse between this week's new & notable listings and the last one. I actually see 383 NEW listings in the past 7 days and that is excluding Financial District, Little Italy, and Upper Harlem. This # is a bit higher than most week's that I check and tells me that the current hot Manhattan real estate market is bringing in more inventory to take advantage of the trend.
