Anoon - Its a good question but I really cant say definitiely. However, if my recollection is correct as I do these types of things often just to get a grasp of inventory trends, I would say there are more sub $300K apts NOW, than there was last year.

When I clicked on the link to 218 E 82nd Street, it took me to a different sub-$300k apartment:
