New & Notable Before 2007
A: Just before the new year there are always a few new deals to talk about. So here is what I see that is new in the past 7 days and not too overly priced. Going to take the next few days off from writing here on UrbanDigs so I can tend to some clients and focus on the JETS beating Oakland on Sunday to make the playoffs! GO J-E-T-S..!!
Take it away Fireman Ed, one of the JETS biggest and most notable fans!

110 West 90th St is not a prime condo. The building sold in the early 90's in a foreclosure style auction at cheap prices, not that that matters today. The offering plan recorded lists #3B at 930 square feet, making today's offering price $1,129 ppsf, which certainly isn't a bargain, even if it were in mint condition.

Thx UWSider! Knowing the size definately changes things! Sounds pricey only being 930 sft and small for a 2BR, even with the terrace.
