System Upgraded & Need Your Comments!

I finally upgraded to the newest Movable Type software so that I can control comment spam! I enabled comments again so please feel free to speak up and say whats on your mind! An open forum is a good forum for all of us and I hope to get more user participation to get different views on different subjects so everyone can be enlightened!!
Sites like BubbleMeter post once a day and get a ton of user comments that in my opinion are very educational if you can stand the harsh criticisms of some bubbleheads. You get to hear varying opinions on the same topic and think in a way you might otherwise would dismiss. Thats what its all about so, please, if you have an opinion then write a comment! Would love to hear from you!!

I'm gald to hear that the comments section is back up and running. I think it definitely benefits all of us in our continuing education of the real estate market place.

Reverse Mortgage advantages: 1) avoid having to make payments, 2) cash out money upfront and still collect monthly distribution on the equity, 3) no qualifying loan. Disadvantages: 1) slightly higher closing fees, 2) fewer choices on the terms of the loan, 3) have to qualify for the loan. In this situation most borrowers have plenty of equity and the though of not having to worry about mortgage payments may be the deciding factor.

Ugh. It doesn't matter what you do, the spammers will find you. I'm going to have to do something, because its getting out of hand. I'm looking at Askimet and spam karma. I've heard good things about both of them. Good luck on your spam battle.

it will take a little time to get use to this interface, but I think I can manage...
I must really welcomes this.It is the pleasant moment when we can spent our time with our heart loving pets.
I am get relaxed and we can honor for that pets and we must remember this help.
