High End Blues: Chelsea House & Others

A: We hear all the reports of the housing slowdown, well here are some notable reductions that are worth noting for the higher end. Take specific note of the Chelsea House Condo's BIG price reduction of almost 35% on APT 3A & the 66th Street Townhouse that was reduced by $4.5M. It seems even developers and the super wealthy are starting to jump on the price reduction wagon; finally!

Thanks for getting the word out about the great deals to be had at Chelsea House. Traffic has picked up and we were extremely busy in July and August, not true of other developments in the immediate area that are offering Mercedes 500 class automobiles for clients that buy. We still have some great apartments available and if you havent seen our development yet you owe it to yourself (or your clients) to get them here. Just ask Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group who sold 3A!
