A truly great resource for any buyer or seller.
PropertyShark.com lets you do a search in a number of ways:
1. Which have recently sold and what they sold for
2. By neighborhood, size, and type
3. Which are in foreclosure or pre-foreclosure
4. By owner's name
5. Which are actively for sale
The site is also not restricted to NYC, as they now cover over 20 million properties in 15 major markets.
