Before & After: Floor Resurfacing
A: Check out the BEFORE & AFTER picture above once the hardwood floor was completely refinished. It is night and day from the old floor and adds life to the entire apartment. I'm confident that the $2.25/Sq. Ft. I paid to have this work done will do wonders as I begin to show the apartment for sale.
These guys at NY Masterpiece Flooring did a fantastic job re-finishing my hardwood floors. The Sedona Red Miniwax came out great and the last minute decision to go with the High Gloss water based poly instead of the Semi-Gloss was a good one! The work speaks for itself and the floor just looks incredible; and at 1/10th the cost of laying down a high quality new floor!
